Step into a morning of strength, release and renewal at The Wild Space. Your 3-hour session begins with 75 minutes of Jivamukti Yoga "Spiritual Warrior" class, a dynamic, flowing vinyasa practice that combines vigorous asana, conscious breathing and mindful meditation. Feel your body awaken as you move with strength and ease, cultivating focus, vitality and openness. This practice encourages you to let go of tension, sweat and reconnect with your breath, leaving you energised and centred. It offers a balanced, invigorating workout including sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, twists, suitable for busy practitioners seeking to cultivate inner stillness and physical discipline. After yoga, step outside into the woodland spa for a 75-minute sauna session. Move between the warm, enveloping heat of the sauna and the refreshing cold plunge, letting your body release and restore naturally. Take time to wander, rest and integrate the practice while enjoying the peaceful countryside, campfire and quiet spots to pause. Meet your teacher! Nerissa Schuit. "A yoga practitioner with over 10 years of dedicated practice. I have completed the 75-hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training, an intensive focused on teaching the one-hour Spiritual Warrior sequence - an energising practice that I personally return to again and again. My teaching is rooted in breath-led movement and meditation, supporting strength and inner steadiness. Alongside my Jivamukti training, I have studied with Doug Keller and am currently embarking on pranayama training with Eddie Stern. I have also completed 200 hours of teacher training with Anna Sugarman and Sarah Williams in Brighton."
