September's full moon is the 'Harvest Moon' and is associated with abundance, harvest and the culmination of all of your hard work. So let us reward you with a relaxing sauna evening. This evening session is held in our beautiful woodland spa where you will experience a scented sauna ritual and body scrubs with essential oils that support this full moon. You might choose to take an evening plunge, laze in a hammock or sit around the campfire. Herbal teas and a juice shot included!
