It represents a period to honour personal emotional endurance, dive into deep hidden emotions and prepare for the coming Autumn. This evening session is held in our beautiful woodland spa where you will experience a scented sauna ritual and body scrubs with essential oils that support this full moon. Set to a perfect chilled soundtrack. You might choose to take an evening plunge, laze in a hammock, or sit around the campfire. Herbal teas and a juice shot included!
