Deep Rest | Sat 30th August
10am-4.30pm. Breath, Yin Yoga and Sound Bath in Nature. A Journey to Inner Peace.
Service Description
Escape, connect, and let go. We'll start with Tibetan yoga to awaken and balance the nervous system, followed by meditation and soothing breathwork for deep release and relaxation. Then, enjoy a delicious seasonal and organic lunch around the campfire, savouring local herbal teas grown on site. In the afternoon, we will completely slow down and indulge in deep rest with Louise Windsor, a seasoned instructor teaching in Brighton since 2012, known for her expertise in Yin Yoga courses and workshops. Yin Yoga is a floor-based practice where poses are held gently with support for 3-5 minutes, promoting mindfulness and stillness. It's a chance to connect with yourself and allow the nervous system to settle. Louise's session will conclude with a sound bath of crystal and Tibetan bowls, a wind gong and shamanic drum. As September begins there can be a feeling of "back to school or business". It can be helpful to connect to the mothering element of Earth this time of year, which encourages a sense of coming home to yourself and a chance to check in with "what do I need right now?" End the day with a soothing sauna session and a cold shower plunge in our enchanting wooded 'wild spa' area, or simply lounge in a hammock and listen to the birds. Pure bliss!
