Service Description
The Wild Space team come together to share their experience, skill and care in a day designed to nourish you on every level. Thoughtfully curated, this is an invitation to step out of the noise of daily life and into ease, connection and deep restoration, all held within the quiet beauty of the countryside. The morning begins with a yoga practice led by Sam, owner of The Wild Space and long-time practitioner. Rooted in Hatha yoga and influenced by Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, the class explores complementary forces - sun and moon, inhale and exhale, effort and ease - gently harmonising body and mind. Through intelligently sequenced movement, conscious breath work, self-massage, postures and meditation, you’ll build strength, release tension and guide the nervous system towards steadiness and stillness. After practice, you’ll share a delicious, nourishing lunch lovingly prepared by Jane, who holds the day with warmth and attentiveness. There is time to rest, wander the land, or simply pause, allowing the morning’s work to settle and integrate. In the afternoon, guided breath work with Phil - qualified breathwork facilitator and builder of the sauna - prepares body and mind for contrast therapy. The breath becomes an anchor, calming the nervous system and creating a grounded foundation before moving into cycles of heat and cold. Vicki, in-house sauna master, leads the woodland sauna experience with traditional aufguss rituals. Through the mindful interplay of heat and cold, you’ll explore circulation, detoxification, resilience and deep release, learning to move between intensity and ease with awareness, safety and intention.
