Our retreats and workshops are carefully crafted to promote rejuvenation of mind and body. We have two beautiful practice spaces: the natural light-filled dome offers a serene sanctuary complete with a cozy wood-burning stove for rainy days, while the outdoor yoga platform provides shade from the sun and a natural ambiance, allowing you to connect with nature during your practice.
sauna & cold plunge
Our lovely little wood-fired barrel sauna is tucked away in an enchanting wooded area, surrounded by trees and the soothing sounds of nature. A refreshing cold plunge bath offers a bracing dip to invigorate the senses and cold plunge bucket shower provides an exhilarating cascade of cool water, complementing the sauna experience perfectly.
