Service Description
Awaken your physiology and connect with your deeper self in this carefully curated yoga and ice bath retreat. One of our favourite offerings! We'll start the day with Tibetan yoga to awaken the nervous system, transitioning into an energising vinyasa sequence, blending breath with mindful movement before easing into restorative postures for deep release and relaxation. After a delicious lunch around the campfire, we'll continue with some meditation and a soothing sauna session before Wim Hof instructor Phil Gilbert guides you through the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method: blissful breath work, empowering visualisation and the rejuvenating (optional) ice bath plunge. Gifted by nature and underpinned by science the WHM is proven to lower inflammation in the body, improve metabolism, sooth the nervous system, reduce stress and produce a cascade of happy hormones.
